2. Information We Collect
We only collect the information you choose to provide when you place an order, enroll in a course, or book a consultation. This includes:
- **Contact details:** your full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number.
- **Delivery / address details:** your full postal address, city, state, and pincode (collected so we can ship products or send course-related material).
- **Order details:** the products, courses, or consultation you select, including dates and times you choose for a consultation.
We do **not** ask for or collect sensitive identifiers such as government ID numbers through the App.

3. Payment Information — What We Do NOT Collect
The App does **not** collect, process, or store your card numbers, bank login details, UPI PIN, or any payment credentials.
When you make a payment, you do so through your own external app or service (for example, your UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm, or your own bank). The App simply opens your chosen payment method with the amount pre-filled. All payment is handled by those external services, and we never see your financial credentials.
After paying, you choose to share a payment screenshot with us so we can confirm your order.

4. How the App Handles Your Information
The App does **not** run its own servers or databases, and does **not** create user accounts. The details you enter stay on your device and are used only to create a pre-filled message that you choose to send to us through WhatsApp.
In other words: nothing is uploaded or stored automatically. Your information is shared with us only when you tap to send your order on WhatsApp.
